Priya’s father serves in the Air Force, and her mother takes care of their home. With an elder sister already married, their financial stability has been a concern.

“I want to make sure that my parents have everything. But finding a job in my field was tough, and I worry a lot about my father’s debts. It’s hard to concentrate on my future goals when I’m constantly worrying about our financial situation,” she shares. “I also realised that the reason I struggled to find a job was due to lack of the right skills,” Priya shares.

To improve her career prospects, Priya chose to enrol at KGSL’s MicroCollege. Here, she finds the Data Science course practical and values the supportive trainers. “I chose Data Science because it offers good job opportunities and better pay,” Priya explains. “I’m learning new skills that I believe will lead to a stable career.”
