When Pavithra decided to upskill, it was mainly to get a better job and take care of her beloved family. Now that she is discovering her love for playing with data, she is working extra hard at classes!

Pavithra, what was the reason you decided to upskill? What led you to taking up this particular course with us?
The main reason is I want to take care of my family. My father passed away when I was very young. And my brother has special needs. I want to take good care of him.

I graduated with an engineering degree and then I worked as a school teacher for a few years… but the pay and job security aren’t the best. I kept hearing about data science jobs with high salaries. I decided to give it a go.

I chose KGSL MicroCollege because I wanted to learn offline. Other institutes don’t offer that. The training and resources provided here are very good.

Happy to hear, Pavithra! Now, what’s your goal?
Of course, my primary goal is still the same… getting financial independence and taking care of my mother and brother. My instructors are confident that I will get a good job… hearing that has given me confidence too. But apart from this… I am finding data science very interesting. I think I am going to be happy in this field!
