What’s your dream, Muthumeena?
I love my family. My father owns a tea shop in Madurai. My parents always try to support me. My dream is to make my family proud of me.

After finishing my MBA, I decided on a banking career. But I wasn’t good at some things. The banking terminologies and communication… These two things were difficult for me.
So I joined the offline classes. In the starting, it was a bit hard. But my trainers kept giving me chance after chance to try and learn. Then, I gave a seminar once. When my father saw the video recording, he was very proud of me. That was a big highlight for me.
After my course, I gave my interview with ESAF Small Finance Bank. Even at the interview also, I impressed them with my knowledge and communication skills. Now, I am an Executive Trainee with 4.25 lakhs salary.
And what now?
My family is very happy and proud of me. My next dream is to do service as a banker.
