What is your dream, Suganthi?
I don’t want to be a stay-at-home mom. I want to be a career woman… do something in my life.

Suganthi, tell us your story.
I am from Thiruvarur. Both my parents are farmers. They had to make a difficult choice… educate me or educate my brother. They decided… “we should make the girl child study”. I am very thankful to my family. Because of them, I finished my BE ECE and secured a good career. And I worked hard too… I have been in hostels since my 5th standard!

But… we couldn’t do the same for my brother. I wanted to do something… I worked hard and sponsored his higher studies. I am proud of him… he finished two degrees and he is now an admin manager!

How are your classes going?
It is not easy. I studied in Tamil medium, I didn’t know coding, and communication is difficult for me. And I have a 3-year-old kid! But my husband always motivates me… and I want a career that is fast-moving and interesting! So my life is going good!
